On a 1-day visit through Wisconsin, we learned that the state LOVES its cheese, and the city of Milwaukee loves beer and sausage as much as it loves cheese! On the shore of Lake Michigan, Milwaukee is a juxtaposition of old world charm and new world innovation and diversity. Lots of interesting architecture, good food, and nice people.
